Hosted by the Princeton Festival Guild and Westrick Music Academy, this immersive workshop will give attendees of all ages the chance to experience singing in the operatic style. Princeton University voice professor Dr. Rochelle Ellis and soprano Emily Margevitch, a Company Artist with OperaDelaware will talk Broadway vs opera in this immersive, participatory workshop where singers of all ages and ability levels are welcome!
Participants will:

Sing as part of an opera chorus
Learn the key differences between opera and other styles
Hear a performance from a real opera singer
Work together to stage a scene
